| It can sometimes happen that, through no fault of your own, the IP address you are using is blocked to prevent unrelated disruption. This can be the case, for example, if you are using an open proxy or VPN, or an address on the same range as a disruptive editor.
Requests for IP block exemption go through a different process, the Unblock Ticket Request System. The button below will redirect you to the UTRS interface.
