Within an hour rule[edit source]
Not a biggie, but I don't see the reason for the "within an hour" rule. I doubt it makes much difference considering it would mean 1 year inactivity, and I doubt that the user would return immediately after they get demoted. This is minor anyway, but just saying. --Andrei (talk) 16:14, 19 July 2017 (UTC)
